We are looking for Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Specialist in the technology and IT sector. This exclusive role is based remotely in Amman, Jordan and focuses on building and managing remote junior roles.
You will own the front-end of the hiring process (vacancy preparation, publishing, sourcing, CV screening and initial contact) and design structured onboarding journeys for new joiners. You will also coordinate groups, ensuring that onboarding is completed, expectations are clear and metrics are understood and followed.
This is a full-time, remote position with standard business hours and reasonable flexibility around core times. It is suitable for a junior–mid level TA specialist with 1–4 years of experience who enjoys combining recruitment, onboarding design and people coordination.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will design and run talent acquisition and onboarding processes for junior and remote roles:
- Draft, update and localize vacancy descriptions in line with hiring needs and brand tone.
- Publish vacancies on agreed job boards, LinkedIn and other sourcing channels.
- Screen CVs and applications, shortlist candidates and maintain a structured overview of the talent pipeline.
- Conduct initial contact only with candidates (email, LinkedIn messages or short screening calls) and evaluate basic fit.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure candidates receive timely updates.
- Manage groups of data entry jumiors: assign new batches, coordinate start dates and communicate expectations.
- Monitor onboarding completion and early performance signals, with special focus on lead generation quotas and timely delivery.
- Design and maintain onboarding journeys and checklists for CRM Junior Analysts and similar junior roles.
- Create and update onboarding manuals, guides, SOPs, templates, checklists and FAQs.
- Record candidate and employee information, keeping data accurate and organized.
- Prepare basic reports on sourcing channels, candidate conversion, onboarding status and junior pool performance.
Onboarding & Documentation
A significant part of this role is to ensure that junior hires have a clear, repeatable and supportive onboarding experience:
- Design structured onboarding manuals and guides that are easy to follow for new CRM Junior Analysts.
- Create step-by-step SOPs for recurring activities (lead research, data entry, list updates, status reporting).
- Develop short video tutorials (Loom as an example) to demonstrate key processes and system navigation.
- Prepare templates and checklists for onboarding sessions, progress reviews and weekly coordination.
- Maintain an internal knowledge base / FAQ for junior team members to reduce repeated questions and support self-service learning.
- Standardize onboarding for new groups so that ramp-up time and errors are minimized.
Requirements & Skills
We are looking for a structured and people-oriented specialist who enjoys combining recruitment, coordination and documentation.
- Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
- Degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Education, Marketing, MIS, IT or a related field.
- Approximately 1–4 years of experience in talent acquisition, HR coordination, or a similar people-focused role.
- Proven experience with candidate sourcing, CV screening and initial candidate contact.
- Comfort working with CRM and HRIS, or readiness to learn them quickly.
- Very good command of Excel or Google Sheets for tracking, simple reporting and data manipulation.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and basic use of job boards or online sourcing platforms.
- Strong communication skills and professional, clear written communication with candidates.
- Structured and process-driven mindset, able to design and follow workflows.
- Coaching and training ability to guide junior analysts and support their early development.
- Documentation skills to create clear SOPs, guides and onboarding materials.
Working Arrangement
This is a full-time, remote role based in Amman, with a focus on hiring and managing junior talent in Jordan.
Working hours follow standard business hours, with some flexibility around core hours to accommodate interviews and coordination with junior analysts and hiring managers.
Any role-specific training will be provided as part of normal working hours.
