Job Description

Human Capital Consulting is recruiting a Personal Assistant to support a senior executive working with clients across the Middle East. This is a fully remote, online, daytime role aligned with UAE working hours. You need to be a Middle Eastern citizen (Lebanon, Jordan, KSA, UAE).

The ideal candidate is between 22–28 years old, holds a degree in Business, Languages, Education or a related field, and is looking to build a professional career in executive support and consulting environments. You will be working closely with a senior consultant on daily operations, communication, and follow-up, using modern productivity and AI tools.

A one-month non-paid training period will be provided to align you with our internal standards, communication protocols, workflow systems, and quality expectations. Upon successful completion of the training, you will be assigned to the full role.

Key Responsibilities

You will provide structured, proactive support to a senior executive across daily tasks, communication, and coordination:

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings across multiple time zones;
  • Handle email inboxes, draft and respond to correspondence in Arabic and English;
  • Coordinate travel and logistics when needed (online bookings, itineraries, confirmations);
  • Serve as the first point of contact for initial client communications and meeting arrangements;
  • Prepare Minutes of Meeting, summaries, and clear action lists after calls and workshops;
  • Maintain administrative systems, shared folders, and update CRM records and trackers;
  • Support preparation of presentations, reports, and structured documents for clients;
  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini) to draft content, summaries, and improve daily productivity;
  • Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and open points with a strong sense of ownership.


Requirements & Skills

We are looking for someone who combines strong communication skills with discipline, structure, and a willingness to learn.

  • Excellent Arabic and English, both spoken and written; Additional languages are a plus;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Languages, Education, or a related field;
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks;
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, minutes, and follow-up;
  • Professional and mature communication style when interacting with senior stakeholders and clients;
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote setup and meet deadlines without close supervision;
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office and MS 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel);
  • Confident user of Google Workspace, Teams, Zoom, and cloud-based file sharing;
  • Interest in and basic familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Gemini for content and productivity.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Age range approximately 22–28, based in the Middle East region;
  • Background in languages, education, business or similar, considering a shift to executive support;
  • Curious, structured, open to learning consulting-style ways of working;
  • Comfortable with written documentation, note taking, and structured follow-up;
  • Values confidentiality and handles sensitive information with discretion.

Training Period

The role starts with a 1-month non-paid training period. During this time, you will:

  • Learn our workflow management and documentation standards;
  • Understand communication protocols with clients and partners;
  • Practice calendar, email, and meeting support in a supervised setup;
  • Be trained on CRM usage, file organisation, and task tracking;
  • Gain confidence using AI tools to support daily work.

Successful completion of this period and demonstration of reliability and quality will lead to confirmation in the full role.


Working Hours

This is a full-time, fully remote role aligned with UAE daytime working hours. Occasional flexibility may be required for meetings with clients across different Middle East time zones.
