Performance management is the process of creating a work environment or setting in which people are enabled to perform to the best of their abilities. Performance management is a whole work system that begins when a job is defined as needed. It ends when an employee leaves your organization.
Human Capital shall establish a well balanced performance appraisal system that enables companies to measure the achievement of their strategic objectives/ goals through managing the individual performance of their employees.   

The purpose of a pay structure is to organize and demonstrate your organization’s compensation philosophy and to reflect and support the advancement of your company culture. An effective pay structure also allows you to attract and retain the people who can help achieve your business goals.
Human Capital will set a comprehensive and effective pay and benefits system covering the required pay elements in addition to a complete design of the system in alignment with market information and pay attractiveness policy. A full implementation of the developed system will be conducted projecting the new status on all current employees

Motivation & Incentive system are the key behind having your employees fulfill your dream, i.e. your overall strategic goal(s)/objective(s).

Human Capital shall design a Motivation and Incentives System to encourage maintaining highly productive and efficient employees, and accordingly reduce staff turnover, dissatisfaction, absenteeism and costs with a concentration on the monetary and non monetary aspects.
